A massive fire damaged a godown at Solesala near the Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport in the evening hours of October 14th, 2019.
Properties valued at several lakhs turned into ashes in the fire. A short circuit is suspected to be the reason of the fire.
Later, the fire tenders on being informed reached the spot and managed to douse the fire.
