The Assam government has made a major reshuffle in the state police department. This is the third major reshuffle in the department in the last one month. Altogether 12 officers were transferred.

Anjan Pandit, assistant commandant, 8th APBn, Abhayapuri, Bongaigaon and attached to CM’s Security, Assam has been transferred and posted as 2i/c, 7th, APBn, Charaikhola, Kokrajhar.

On the other hand, Bhupendra Kr Nath, deputy SP, SB (S), Assam, Guwahati has been transferred as 2i/c, 26th AP(IR)Bn, Mancachar, South Salmara.
