A local businessman became victim to snatching after two bike-borne robbers fled with Rs 2 lakh cash, an expensive phone at North Guwahati’s Rangmahal village in the late evening hours of October 30th, 2019.
As per initial reports, a local businessman was heading back home on his bike when the duo intercepted his vehicle, snatched his money bag with death threats and swiftly escaped from the spot.
The victim has been identified as Ranjan Saikia, he is the owner of Saikia electronics. He is a resident of Lakhtokia.
