Cases of COVID-19 in Assam has spiked to 831 with 33 new cases being reported in the state.

Among the cases 10 are from Nagaon, 8 from Kamrup-M, 7 from Cachar, 1 each from Hojai, Dima Hasao, 2 each from Karimganj and Hailakandi. Two are yet to be ascertained.

The total number of active cases now stands at 737 with four confirmed deaths.
