Jati, mati and bheti (community, land and base) are not just slogans, but resolutions. And this determination is unwavering. We are implementing this in our actions and decisions with complete authenticity. With this aim, we made a new land policy, so that the land of the original inhabitants can be protected. It has been decided to grant Rs 10 crore to Assam Sahitya Sabha, Rs 5 crore to Bodo Sahitya Sabha and Rs 3 crore to twenty other Sahitya Sabhas.
