Actor Shabana Azmi critically injured in road accident near Kahalpur on Mumbai-Pune Expressway on January 18th, 2020.
Following the incident, she was rushed to MGM Hospital. Her driver too sustained injuries in the tragic incident. Javed Akhtar was also present in the car, but he is safe.
Their vehicle was hit by a truck while they were travelling from Pune to Mumbai.
