In a tragic incident, at least 40 people sustained severe injuries in a road accident in South Kamrup’s Boko on March 5th, 2020, afternoon.
The incident took place at Jongakhuli Rajapara in Boko. As per information, a Mahindra pick-up van collided with another vehicle moving from the opposite direction and fell into a 20 feet gorge. The vehicle was en route to Tolimara in Boko from Rongjuli in Assam’s Goalpara district.
The injured were rushed to the nearby hospital for medical assistance.
