Kampur: In an incident, two youths have been arrested on charges of human trafficking in Assam’s Nagaon district on August 4th, 2019.
The accused are Satish Kumar and Bishnu Kumar of Haryana. They have been residing in one Deepika Konwar’s house for a long time.
As per information, Satish and Bishnu were allegedly involved in trafficking of girls to other Indian states with the help of Deepika Konwar.
Today, locals nabbed them and handed over to the police.
A case has been registered against the accused. Further investigation is underway, police said.
